About the event
The Return is an intimate sound bath inspired by the beginning of autumn and the idea of arriving more fully to the life, body, desires, and parts of ourselves that are already here.
At Arrivo Collective, we think a lot about what it means to arrive. The word itself is Italian for arrival, but increasingly we’ve come to think of arrival as something we do again and again. We wander, we change, we think we have the thread then we lose it, only to find it again.
For this gathering, Melissa and Alex will create a live, multi-instrument soundscape using crystal singing bowls, gong, percussion, voice and other instruments. As a Capricorn and Virgo, we couldn't resist creating an evening around the particular feeling of returning to earth as summer gives way to fall.
There will be a guided visualization before we move into sound, with space afterward to simply notice…

6:30 PM — Arrival Come early, get comfortable and settle in. 7:00 PM — Sound Bath Tickets: $40 Limited to just 8 guests. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets and any cushions or pillows you need to make yourself comfortable lying down. Dress for comfort: layers are always a good idea.
