Melissa Del Gratta
Co-Founder | Facilitator | Storyteller
Melissa Del Gratta is a Midlife Identity Coach and Sound Bath Facilitator whose work explores identity, story, creativity, presence, and how we choose to live during periods of change.
Through one-on-one coaching, Melissa works primarily with creative women in midlife who are questioning old roles, relationships, careers, priorities, and definitions of success; helping them listen more closely to themselves, reconnect with what matters now, and get curious about what they want to carry forward.
Her approach to coaching is deeply influenced by more than 15 years as a documentary filmmaker and interviewer. That career taught her to listen closely, ask meaningful questions, build trust, follow the unexpected thread, and look beyond the first version of a story to discover what might be underneath it.
Melissa has also worked with sound for more than five years, designing and facilitating immersive sound baths and sensory experiences that weave together crystal singing bowls, gong, percussion, voice, breath, guided visualization, scent, storytelling, and ritual. Her gatherings are created with the same curiosity she brings to coaching: an invitation to step out of the noise, pay attention, and experience what is present.
Her work is inspired by memory, ancestry, travel, music, film, the natural world, her Italian-American heritage, human connection, and the endlessly interesting question of how we become more fully ourselves as our lives continue to change.

Alex Logan is a creative director and sensory designer with a deep interest in the emotional power of atmosphere, scent, ritual, and intentional living.
Through Arrivo Collective, Alex helps shape immersive experiences that engage the senses and create moments of grounding, connection, and presence. His work draws inspiration from design, nostalgia, the culinary arts, jazz, vintage aesthetics, and the way scent and environment can instantly shift how we feel in our bodies and in a space.
With a strong eye for visual storytelling and experience design, Alex plays a key role in developing Arrivo’s creative direction, product line, and multi-sensory offerings, from custom scent journeys to ritual objects and immersive environments.
His philosophy is rooted in the idea that the more we tune into our senses, the more alive, empowered, and embodied we feel.
